XC Information

I hope you find the information below useful when preparing for the Cross-Country Finals on Sunday at Prestwold Hall, Leicestershire LE12 5SH. 

Parking 

There is plenty of car parking on site on the day at a cost £5, payable by cash or card.

On Arrival 

Please make your way to our table to pick up your race number, vest and to pay if you haven’t done so prior, our area will be identified by a ‘Yorkshire Sport Foundation Flag’. 

Race Times 

The approx. race times are below, please make sure you leave plenty time to pick up your race number & vest prior to your race: 

Event timetable 

There will be separate awards for the first three finishers (Boys and Girls).

11.25am - Year 4 Girls (1600m)

11.45am - Year 4 Boys (1600m)

For safety reasons spikes are not allowed for year 3-4 competitors. 

This will be reviewed if ground conditions are exceptionally poor. 12.30 Presentations for above events. 

13.00 - Year 5 Girls (2400m)

13.20 - Year 5 Boys (2400m)

13.45 - Year 6 Girls (2700m)

14.10 - Year 6 Boys (2700m)

14.35 - Year 7 Girls (3000m)

15.00 - Year 7 Boys (3000m)

15.30 - Individual (First three finishers in each race) and Team presentations for above races 

Payment 

Entry fee for the event is £22 per athlete, and includes registration, entry, vest and booking fee, this can be made by the below methods: 

CARD - on the day: We have a secured card payment system that can be used on the day, this will offer a full receipt of your payment. 

CASH - on the day: A full receipt will be issued with any cash payment made.

✓ Featuring again for 2024. The "big screen" plus multi camera professional live streaming and professional live commentary with the "super stage" for medallist’s presentations 

✓ Medals and trophies for individual top three finishers. Team awards for first three teams. team result with six to count. All team members will receive a medal!
